●Detail description:
Gantry truss manipulator is generally supported by four or more columns. The X and Y axes are fixed on the columns to form a rectangular grasping range in space, which can realize multi-directional operation such as X, Y, Z, R, etc. The driving form is servo motor with reducer. The transmission form is mostly precision gear rack structure. The gripper structure is designed according to product customization, and the stroke can be customized according to requirements, the length can be several meters or tens of meters, the load can weigh more than 10 tons, the fastest running speed is 2 meters/second, the maximum repeated positioning accuracy can reach 0.02mm for single axis and 0.2mm for multi-axis cumulative repeated positioning.
